Attention Fighting fans, it’s finally here!!!! Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 is available for both Xbox 360 and PS3.

Before v2013 Vanilla Street Fighter X Tekken had a list of bugs during its initial release. The list included problems such as overpowered gems, online sound issues, overpowered characters, useless Pandora, and of course the time over. In v2013 all of the issues have been fixed and is now better than ever.

V2013 is a MUCH different game than Vanilla. For starters the entire fighting roster has been patched and is now more balanced. With characters patched, it also sets up new combo possibilities for everyone. The camera has been fixed by not zooming in when fighters perform their launch combo and health bars have been changed as well. Recovery health is now red so that it’s easier to see your partner regaining their health but recovering health speed is slower so that matches can be much faster.

Time over’s were a MAJOR pain in vanilla, frustrating a lot of people. Some players will use the time over’s to their advantage and just run away during the match. Players would feel as though they could’ve won the match if it weren’t for the time over’s. In v2013 the damage is higher so that time over’s will not be a major factor in the game. A majority of matches will end up with K.O.’s instead of time over. This is one feature that fans will be pleased with.

Throws have changed as well. The startup has been changed from seven frames to five frames so it’s a little bit closer. Throws can also take away recovery health so players will have to be on the lookout to tech out of them. It keeps the players thinking about what their opponent is going to do.

The last change is Pandora. Pandora was never used in Vanilla. It sacrifices your character to give their partner increased strength with unlimited meter but players only had seven seconds to finish off their opponent. So the chances of winning using Pandora were low. In v2013 Pandora can be used a bit better .It last 10 seconds and you should activate it when your closer to their opponent, so that they don’t have worry about chasing them around at the start Players have to be aware that Pandora is nothing like X-Factor. It comes with a price. Players will have to strategize more in order to use Pandora more effectively.

Street Fighter X Tekken v2013 is a completely different game. This is the game that shouldn’t have been released last year. It feels complete. Capcom refused to give up on Street Fighter X Tekken even after all the negative feedback it had received. The best part about v2013 is that it’s a free patch so if players have Vanilla it will automatically update to this one. Fans will be pleased with the results. People that still believe that this game is bad might want to try v2013 it will change their minds.
