Mass Effect 3 is over, but Bioware is letting you have one last party with your loyal crewmates of past and present.
The DLC can only begins after the attack on the Citadel by Ceberus, but in order to have all your crewmate involved you have to finish off their storylines. That means finishing off Grissome Acedemy and talking to Jack at the club.
The DLC starts pretty much like all the campaign DLC, with a message on your private terminal. The message is from Admiral Hackett, saying that you need to take shore leave. Admiral Anderson offers you his apartment, because he won't be needing it. They give you sometime to check out your new diggs, then you receive a message from Joker telling you to meet him at the local sushi restaurant. You get to talk to Joker for a minute before all hell breaks loose.

I won't spoil the story line for you, but it's one of the best DLCs Bioware has released. You see the return of Wrex, in playable form, and you finally get to say appropriategood bye to Thane. The best thing though is the joke that are placed throughout the DLC. Mainly from your own crewmates. This is comedy that, I felt was greatly missing from ME3, but I guess that was the whole idea. With millions of people dying across the galaxy, you don't have a bunch of time to joke around.
Bottom Line: This is a monster of a DLC, at 4GB. On par with the Lair of the Shadowboker, but also making better connections with your crewmates. So, when the end does come it feels even more emotional. Bioware ends off one of there best games with even greater DLC. Mass Effect 3 Citadel 9 out of 10.
